Continuing the exclusive food and wine pairing campaign, Blues the landmark Camps Bay restaurant, which boasts a new beach house look and feel, announced that they will pair with Haute Cabriere’ Winery on the evening of the 23rd September 2010.

The menu begins with a starter of Salmon tea, poured over a vegetable salad with Cavi-art, Salmon roe and Prawns 3 ways. The main course offers Ostrich crusted with thyme served on a brunoisse of spring vegetables, with a light jus and a dark chocolate and coffee oil. To finish off a Tea-ramisu of Rooibos and mascarpone layered mousse will be served.
