Start with Seared Prawns with Mint & Yoghurt Chutney. The main course is a selection of either Karoo Lamb Cutlets with Mediterranean Cous Cous served with Rosemary Jus or Chicken Supreme stuffed with Shitake Mushrooms & Spinach wrapped in Puff Pastry and served on a Parmesan Champ with Celery Crème.
