Winter has taken a firm grip on the Constantia Valley and provided us with the perfect excuse for an informal evening of cosy fires, good food and newly released wine.
Your evening includes a two course dinner accompanied by a carafe of Constantia Uitsig Constantia Red 2003.

Slow-Braised Lamb Shank
in red wine with rosemary and garlic
served with herbed cous-cous and fine beans
