Back's Restaurant at Val de Vie
At The Winemaker’s Table is a new Paarl Wine Route dinner series created to bring winemakers, restaurants and those that are wine curious around the same local table in Paarl.
Perdeberg viticulturist Johann Smit will be joined by Fanie from Landskroon and Alex from McFarlane Wines, with each winemaker sharing a selection of wines alongside a 4-course menu created especially for the evening by Back's.
This series is built on collaboration. It gives guests the chance to meet the people behind the wines, experience the stories firsthand from the cellar and become involved with Paarl wines alongside the local restaurants and spaces that continue to support the region.
The cost is R900 per person and is limited to 32 seats.
