Enter the mushroom room to see how we cultivate different types of mushrooms for our restaurants. Tiaan will also share and demonstrate a few tricks to cultivate beautiful oyster mushrooms to grow (and harvest!) at home. Babel’s chefs will take the wonder of fungi from garden to table with a mushroom-inspired lunch.
