The Cape Malay Chicken Curry is a fragrant, comforting interpretation of a South African favourite, served with aubergine pickle, traditional sambals, basmati rice and fresh roti. Paired with the Bottelary Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2025, the wine's vibrant freshness and bright fruit profile provide a refreshing balance to the aromatic spices. Available throughout July and August for R225.
 
For those seeking a richer winter indulgence, the Bottelary Hills Bourguignon Potjie offers slow-braised tender beef with mirepoix vegetables, red wine and shallots, served with buttery mashed potato. Paired with the award-winning Bottelary Hills Syrah 2025, the wine's generous dark fruit and subtle spice beautifully complement the depth and richness of the dish.
