Vintage 2013 The Ring Cap Classique will be served on arrival, after which guests will move into the Vinotheque for a curated experience where we will select rare vintage wines to be tasted during dinner, with exclusive access to purchase wines from the collection.
This will be followed by an underground Chardonnay cellar tour with Philip Jonker,before guests proceed to an exquisite 5-course gourmet dinner by Kapokbos, where the selected Vinotheque wines will be served alongside 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum as the table wine.
The evening is complemented by a live piano performance.
