Join us for the launch of The Bookshelf, a new monthly literary evening, held on the last Thursday of every month, bringing together readers, writers and lovers of storytelling for engaging discussions around books, culture and ideas.

For our inaugural evening, we’ll be exploring Skorpio by Deon Meyer and discussing its place within the broader landscape of South African crime fiction.

As an added treat, one lucky attendee will go home with a bottle of Ken Forrester wine, making for an evening of great conversation, storytelling and a touch of good fortune.

With this first book event we hope to bring together readers and writers for a lively discussion celebrating the power of storytelling.  Whether you're a passionate bibliophile or simply looking for an inspiring night out, this promises to be a memorable literary experience.
