Music is close to our hearts at Spier Wine Farm, and we have always invested in the careers of South African artists. The Routes of Sound is a series of intimate acoustic evenings featuring a total of over 40 local musicians.
The Routes of Sound returns to Spier Wine Farm in 2026 as a series of three winter weekends – over 40 South African musicians, unplugged and up close, playing in some of our farm's most atmospheric spaces. Each stop pairs a live set with a glass of Creative Block wine. The evening ends in a rousing full concert.
Presented by Brett Bailey and Third World Bunfight, the Routes of Sound is an evening of wandering and discovery, pairing homegrown talent with good food and wine.
Dates: 3 and 4 July | 31 July and 1 August | 21 and 22 August
