This winter, Hazendal presents a series of Baked Cheese and Wine Pairings, each curated around a different Estate wine.

From June to August, Hazendal Wine Estate presents a series of monthly Baked Cheese and Wine Pairings, each thoughtfully curated around a wine from cellarmaster Kiara Scott Farmer's inaugural Estate Collection and paired with a selection of South African cheeses.

The June pairing features the Estate White Blend 2025 with Belnori St. Francis of Ashisi Goats Cheese, accompanied by grapefruit and orange compote, Estate White Blend-poached pear, dried fruit and seed cracker, and lemon brioche.

July showcases the Estate Chenin Blanc 2025 paired with Wineland Camembert, served alongside fresh honeycomb, fig and gooseberry relish, dried fruit and seed cracker, and sultana brioche.

The August experience highlights the Estate Pinotage 2025 with Dalewood Fromage Brie, complemented by pickled blueberries, red onion and cranberry chutney, black pepper cheese cracker, and peppered brioche.

Available throughout June, July and August at the Wine Lounge.
