Choose between citrus glazed pork belly with smoked cauliflower purée and charred fennel, or pan roasted line fish with pak choi, glazed baby carrots, and green pea beurre blanc served alongside crispy duck fat potatoes and a Waldorf salad for the table.
To finish, enjoy a dark chocolate, cinnamon and orange croissant pudding with cardamom ice cream, paired with Jordan Mellifera Noble Late Harvest.
For little ones under 12, there will be a special kids’ menu.
