This May, The Reserve Room at One&Only Cape Town unveils an intimate dining series featuring Anthonij Rupert Wyne's elusive Reserve collection.

Chef Terrence Ford pairs each pour with bold South African expression, guided by head sommelier Luvo Ntezo and Anthonij Rupert winemaker Dawie Botha.

From fire-warmed bread to wagyu, truffle and smoke, the menu unfolds in layered, sensory movements.

Just 22 seats. Entirely personal.
