Candlelit Conversations with the Winemakers

As winter settles over the vineyards, Nederburg invites you to step into the warmth of candlelight and conversation with Candlelit Conversations with the Winemakers — an intimate dinner series hosted in the historic Manor House.

Set around a long table dressed in white linen and glowing with candlelight, these evenings are designed to bring people together through shared stories, carefully curated wines and thoughtful food. Hosted by members of the Nederburg winemaking team, each dinner offers guests the opportunity to explore selected releases — including rare and cellar‑worthy wines — while engaging directly with the people behind the bottle.

Evenings unfold slowly, beginning with a welcome drink before guests are guided through a series of wines paired with a seasonal multi‑course menu. Conversation flows easily, the pace is unhurried, and the focus remains firmly on connection, discovery and the pleasure of a shared table.

Candlelit Conversations is a celebration of winter dining at its most atmospheric — intimate, considered and deeply rooted in Nederburg’s heritage.
