On 22 April, Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff launches a year-long series of four exclusive seasonal dinners in partnership with Babylonstoren, one of the Cape’s oldest and most diverse working farms.
Each dinner is shaped by what is in season on the farm at that exact time, with fresh produce from its garden and wines selected by cellar master Klaas Stoffberg—making every event unique and impossible to replicate.
The first dinner, held in autumn, highlights olives and features a seasonal menu paired with Babylonstoren wines. Executive Chef Rudi Liebenberg emphasizes a farm-to-table philosophy focused on seasonality and simplicity.
The series continues through winter, spring, and summer (25 June, 23 September, 3 December 2026), offering guests a full-year culinary journey of Babylonstoren’s produce and wines in Johannesburg.
Part of The Westcliff’s producer dinner series, the experience is limited in capacity and priced at R1,750 per person, including wine and gratuity.
