This course is all about building meaningful relationships with guests, in order to increase sales and long-term brand loyalty. It covers relationship-selling based on trust and genuinely understanding guests, while improving communication and attention to detail.
Designed to be delivered separately to enhance sales and the guest experience, or as the final part of the Wine Sales Professional Certificate. The level 3 course is not suitable for those without wine knowledge or wine sales experience. Ideally, candidates should ideally have DTC Academy level 1 and 2, WSET level 1 or 2, or equivalent.
The DTC Academy Wine Sales Advisor Level 3 course covers the following:
- The guest experience – first impressions and guest interaction.
- Building rapport – learn how to understand your guests and build trust.
- Relationship selling – developing relationships based on trust are the key to selling more.
- Creating guest loyalty – turn your guests into brand ambassadors.
- The Wow! Factor – discover the little things that impress guests the most.
- The language of wine – talking wine with your guests.
- Enhancing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
