Celebrate Easter Sunday with a relaxed farm-style lunch at Groot Phesantekraal on Sunday, 5 April from 12h00 to 15h30 at R550 per person.
The menu begins with farm breads, seasonal butter, olives and pickled vegetables, followed by a choice of starters including pickled fish pâté with gooseberry chutney or glazed beef tongue with spiced carrot cake and pickled mustard seeds.
Mains are served to the table and include roasted beef sirloin, braised lamb and pea pies, smoked pork loin and spinach, kale and smoked feta borek, with classic farm-style sides.
Dessert offers tansy pudding or spiced Easter Basque cheesecake.
Estate wines from Groot Phesantekraal will be available to purchase and enjoy with lunch.
