  • Date: Monday, 2 February 2026
  • Time: 18h00

What we'll taste

This tasting explores Argentina’s diverse winemaking philosophies. Beginning in the high-altitude vineyards of Salta with Torrontés, from a sparkling Pét Nat grown at 2,500 meters above sea level, to an Indigenous-led expression from an isolated valley, before moving on to a more classic, aromatic style from Cafayate.

From there, we move into reds, starting with a fresh, light Criolla blend from the Uco Valley before travelling south to Patagonia to taste a Pinot Noir from the world’s southernmost commercial winery. Concluding with a focused look at Malbec. From a fresh, minimally oaked, biodynamic example in San Juan to more structured, powerful styles from Los Chacayes and finally Gualtallary.
