From 14 January to 30 April, indulge your senses with four of our finest wines, each paired with a gelato that perfectly complements its flavour profile. This is more than a tasting. Here’s what’s in store for your palate:
• Vineyard Collection Sauvignon Blanc paired with Mango Gelato. Tropical, refreshing combination that highlights the citrus and green fruit notes of the wine.
• Vineyard Collection Pinot Noir Chardonnay paired with Strawberry Gelato. Delicate, fruity, and creamy, a pairing that enhances both the wine’s soft tannins and the sweet freshness of strawberries.
• Dryland Collection Syrah paired with Biscoff Gelato. A bold, spicy wine balanced by the caramelised, crunchy sweetness of Biscoff, for a sophisticated yet playful contrast.
• Dryland Collection Fortified Chenin Blanc paired with Caramel Brownie Gelato. Rich, indulgent, and decadent, perfect for those who love dessert with a glass of fortified wine.
