In Clara’s Barn, one of the Cape’s oldest surviving barns, Christmas takes on an elegant, contemplative character. Beneath centuries-old timber beams, Michelle Theron presents a refined six-course menu inspired by the Advent themes of hope, peace, joy, and love.
Each course presents a moment to savour, a quiet reflection of what this season means and a celebration of flavours that linger long after the final toast. Vergenoegd Löw’s acclaimed wines will be available to pair with each course, at an additional cost.
