What’s on the menu?
- A crispy goat’s cheese fondant on melba toast with a red berry gel and mature Gouda tuille.
- Coffee cured beef with a chimichurri drizzle, Cape Malay aioli and dukkha spice sprinkle.
- A marshmallow kiss with dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut praline, edible glitter and sugar dust.
