About Dirk Coetzee
Dirk Coetzee is the winemaker at L’Avenir and a driving force behind the next generation of South African Pinotage. A board member of the Pinotage Association and part of the Grand Pinotage initiative - a collective of SA’s top six Pinotage producers - Dirk is known for championing site-specific, terroir-driven expressions of the grape.
Under his guidance, L’Avenir has earned international acclaim, becoming a recognised leader in premium Pinotage. His vision and deep connection to the vineyards make this masterclass a rare and inspiring experience.
