Experience a guided 2021 vintage vertical tasting with Diemersdal winemaker Juandre Bruwer, featuring three Sauvignon Blancs and a trio of red wines: The Journal Merlot, Pinotage, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Each wine will be perfectly paired with a curated menu by Chef Martin de Kock, designed to elevate every sip.
