Join us for a festive weekend from Friday 25 July to Sunday 27 July as The Wild Fig Restaurant transforms into a cosy winter wonderland. Our Christmas in July Winter Wine Festival is the perfect way to embrace the season with delicious food, fine wine, and a warm, country-style atmosphere.
We kick off the weekend on Friday evening with an indulgent brandy tasting followed by a festive three-course Christmas dinner, setting the tone for a weekend filled with seasonal flavours and good cheer.
The highlight of the weekend is our Wine Festival on Saturday 26 July, where guests can taste over 40 carefully selected wines between 12pm and 4pm. To keep everyone warm and comfortable, we’ll have a large Bedouin tent and extra covered outdoor seating set up especially for the day. Tickets avaiable via Quicket.
Our curated winter market opens from 10am on Saturday, featuring locally made crafts, artisanal goods, and festive finds. Start the day with a simple breakfast served between 10am and 12pm, and stay for lunch from 12pm onwards.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll be serving festive favourites like classic egg nog and hot buttered rum - perfect for warming up in the winter chill.
To close the weekend, join us on Sunday 27 July for a comforting traditional Christmas roast - the perfect ending to a heartwarming celebration.
