This special night is all about what grows, cooks, and ferments beautifully in our valley.
A few of my favourite chef friends will be crafting a menu inspired by the local land - dishes built around honest produce, shared tables, and soulful conversation.
Courses will be paired with a hand-picked selection of exceptional wines from the region, highlighting the quiet brilliance of our local winemakers. Participating wine estate include MacFarlane Wines, Stettyn Family Vineyards, Eerste Hoop Wine Estate, Lismore Estate Vineyards and Villiersdorp Winery.
