The purpose of the course is for F&B teams to gain full understanding of physiological, mental effects of alcohol misuse. The objective is to foster sober working habits to embody professionalism in the workplace and maturity in consumption

The purpose of the 1 day course is to create cognisance of the physiological effects of alcohol. Aimed at winery restaurant and tasting room teams across wine industry value chain. Objective: to affect observable positive change in attitudes and practices relating to private consumption, professional etiquette and workplace culture. Outcome: deeper understanding and respect for alcoholic beverages

Alcohol Awareness

By the end of the course, each participant would be equipped with knowledge to make informed decisions in alcohol consumption. Through dialogue and discussion, participants learn: Types of alcohol misuse; how alcohol effects the body; liquor regulations & alcohol advertising amongst other topics.
