The wine pairing dinner is taking place on Thursday, 21 November 2024 at Mábu Restaurant in Waterfall City.

Chef Craig will be your guide through the diverse world of salt, sharing the secrets of numerous varieties and their ideal culinary applications, while Fryer's Cove winemaker Liza Goodwin and Jan (Ponk) van Zyl will showcase the difference 50kg of sea salt deposited onto our Bamboes Bay vineyards each year comes through in our wines.
