Wines from Italy, Spain and France are on the tasting list and have been expertly paired with canapés in this fully guided tasting. On completion of the tasting, our guests will move over to Stoep for a two-course meal where either a starter and main or main and dessert can be enjoyed.
Select your choice of starter between the Smoked tuna pate, cucumber & fennel salad, pumpkin seeds and Sweetcorn, avocado & pickled pepper salad, wild rocket, slow-roasted tomato vinaigrette (V).
For mains, you can choose from Pan-fried line fish, ginger beer braised baby carrots, sweet potato & pea puree, salsa Verde paired with a glass of Laborie Chardonnay OR 300g Beef sirloin or rump, Hasselback potato, fried spinach, hollandaise paired with a glass of Laborie Cabernet Sauvignon OR Brinjal and masala schnitzel, butternut & barley ragout, chilli tomato relish, aioli (V) Paired with a glass of Laborie Chenin or Laborie Merlot.
Desert options are Crème Brûlée OR Yoghurt panna cotta, poached peach, pistachio crumble.
