Your Spanish meal starts off with some rustic sourdough, Manchego cheese, quince preserve and olives in sherry vinegar and olive oil to share as a starter.
Mussel and saffron soup with fried chorizo make a deliciously fragrant second course, followed by a main of braised short rib in a tomato and smoked paprika sauce, served with roasted potatoes and roasted, marinated peppers. Dessert is a traditional crème Catalan with hints of orange and lemon.
During the winter months (May to August) our Sunday lunches will be served with a complimentary special glass of Family Reserve wine from our Vinoteque Collection for each guest
