Learn how to prepare and fillet a sustainable, locally caught fish, followed by a seafood braai paired with Bouchard Finlayson wines.

About SASSI
In 2004, the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) established WWF-SASSI to inform and educate the seafood trade about sustainable seafood. WWF-SASSI drives sustainable change in the local seafood industry, informing and inspiring consumers to make sustainable seafood choices and working with suppliers and sellers of seafood – addressing all aspects of the supply chain.
By using a ’traffic light’ system (red, orange and green), the colour-coded SASSI list categorises selected South African and imported seafood species according to their conservation status.
