On the menu
Starters
Parma ham from Farmer Angus, fresh oysters from Saldanha Bay, Vadas’ renowned baked breads and greens from Spier Food Garden.
Mains
Moroccan lamb shoulder, fire-grilled chicken, smoked gammon along with sides and salads. Vegetarian and vegan options are available with delicious choices such as baked aubergine and fire-roasted beetroot salad.
Dessert
Freshly made mince pies, cherry hertzoggie pie, pasteis de nata and ginger biscuits are for dessert.
Kids under 10 get their own special menu. For kids the tickets will be R350.
