Don't miss out on Sunset Hike at Muratie

Event information:

  • Total distance of circular route 3.5km.
  • Arrival from 17h00; no later than 18h00.
  • Sunset 18h44 – Moonrise scheduled 17h49 (to rise at the look-out by approximately 18h45)
  • Latest time to start hiking back – 19h00.
  • Bring a torch, picnic blanket, good walking (closed) shoes & backpack for your snacks.
  • Stay on hiking trail marked with blue footprints – do not follow bike paths.

Please remember:

  • No smoking or fires (which includes the use of gas stoves) on the mountain.
  • Leave no trace - do not litter.
  • Return wine glasses to the wine stand please.
  • Alcohol to be consumed in a responsible manner. 
  • Stay on hiking trail marked with blue footprints – do not follow bike paths.
  • Remember not to leave valuables in your vehicle. 
  • For safety – do not get separated from a group.
