This annual event is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to engage with the winemakers and taste through a selection of Simonsig’s most distinguished vintage wines, including Cap Classique, red and white wines. The winemakers spend days of meticulous tasting to select the very best vintages at the peak of maturation to showcase.
The doors - and bottles - open at 11am and tickets can be purchased via Plankton.mobi or at the door. Tickets range from R395 (wine tasting only) to R595 (wine tasting and food) per person. Early-bird tickets (wine tasting and food) are on sale at a discounted rate until 30 June 2023. Each ticket includes a crystal wine glass to take home.
Wines will be available for purchase on the day at an event-exclusive price.
If you can’t make the event but would still like to make use of the opportunity to purchase some of Simonsig’s rare vintage wines, then be sure to save the date for 29 July, when a selection of special vintages will be available on offer through the Simonsig website until 7 August 2023.
