The Metro Merlot tasting at Durbanville Hills is an insightful and educational offering different expressions of Merlot; from a rosé to a blend to even a brandy. Each is paired with different canapés to truly reveal the grape’s distinctive aromas and flavours and how it transforms in the various wine styles. The tasting stations will be at different sections of the cellar – from the tasting room, to outside and in the maturation cellar – all presented by one of the winemakers.

- 10-Year-Old Merlot Brandy
After the tasting enjoy a two-course meal paired with Merlot wines at the Tangram Restaurant.
