The route markings are simple, there are little pink and white flags every 20 to 30m. All the turns are marked with a big red arrow on an A4 board. No wonder everyone loves these runs.
The water table is more like an Aid Station, there is plain water and Mint and Lemon Water, Salted Potatoes, Fruit and Jelly Sweets. It is manned by Engel & Volkers Stellenbosch.
