This winter, Vadas Smokehouse & Bakery will be hosting four dinners, each with one of its suppliers in attendance, for an evening of sustainably-sourced food and a selection of award-winning Spier wines. It’s a chance to get the real story and know your food.

20 August - Lowerland: Regenerative Farming
3 September - Farmer Angus: Grass-Fed Beef
17 September - Spier Food Garden: Organically Grown Vegetables
