For this auspicious occasion,
Haskell Vineyards unveils a glittering showcase of its wares - a series of special winemaker dinners. The dinners will take place at the winery’s popular Longtable Restaurant with the theme being to cast light on different terroirs, regions and wines.
On Friday, 24 June Haskell Vineyards' winemaker, Rudolph Steenkamp, will be joined by Donovan Ackerman from
Rickety Bridge, the Franschhoek winery with a long history of winemaking.
Starters:
Roast beetroot and chevin tartlet, wild rocket, balsamic reduction
Mains:
Roast beef sirloin, horseradish cream, butternut, herb-roasted baby potatoes
Dessert:
Apple and berry crumble, vanilla ice cream
The cost is R475pp including three course meal and all wines.
