Routes
A short 5km around the dam and loop down through the vineyards with a max elevation of 110m. Perfect for families and walkers. Our long 10km is great for intermediate runners, taking you around the dam and over the rise to some single track which wraps back around and down through the vineyards and back up to the finish with a max elevation of 200m.
Grab your gourmet boerie roll at Mariella Restaurant when you finish. Wine tasting at R40 pp which includes a free glass to take home.

- At Capaia from 17:00
- Check in and race number wristband collection
- Please wear a mask at registration (this may be removed at the start line)
- Vehicle keys can be handed in for safe keeping (while you race)
