On Hazendal's stage she will be joined by a world-class band including some of South Africa’s most exciting jazz talents: the likes of Zeke le Grange on saxophone, Brathew van Schalkwyk on piano, Wesley Rustin on double bass and Kevin Gibson on drums.
Penelope is a jazz vocalist from Cape Town who is passionate about bringing the glamour and romance of the Golden Age to the modern world. Smooth vocals and creative arrangements bring touch of class and nostalgia to the audience, with elegant performance of jazz standards from the past.
