Embark on appellations’ tours and tastings led by Miguel Chan, Roland Peens, Cathy van Zyl and Joseph Dhafana joined by the winemakers from Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley and Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, hosted in their respective appellations.
A wonderful relaxed lunch by Chef Stefan Otto served with Hemel-en-Aarde Chardonnays on the lawns of Bouchard Finlayson, overlooking the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley.
And the Grande Finale, celebratory dinner by chef Bertus Basson at the private residence of Anthony and Olive Hamilton Russell, Braemar, Hamilton Russell Vineyards. Bigger bottles, older rare vintages of Hemel-en-Aarde Pinot Noir and vintage New Zealand Pinot Noir await.
