Singer-songwriter Luna Paige and a group of exceptional musicians will be entertaining guests on the 12th of February - in celebration of Valentines Day. Luna is no stranger to Muratie. Her soulful, story-inspired and at times, playful songs - make for a perfect fit for this special occasion. Luna impressed with the release of her first season of a series of new music in 2021. Songs like "Can it be", "I'll receive you" and "I long" introduced Luna's new sound and approach to recording and releasing her new music. Her music theatre production, Smeltkroes, made waves as part of the Woordfees TV initiative and showcased her talent as creator, producer and director of music theatre productions.
On 12 Feb Paige will be performing her own material (old favourites, recent and forthcoming releases) as well as a selection of popular love-inspired songs she grew up with. She will be joined on stage by bassist Schalk Joubert, Basson Laubscher on guitar and Jonno Sweetman on the drums. Treat yourself and your loved ones to a special afternoon at Muratie.
