Flagstone Wines' November month-end pairing will certainly be one for the books as guests will be able to match delicious food with the leading wines from recent years' Ultra Value Wine Challenges.

The Menu:

Flagstone Poetry Chardonnay 2019 (Double Gold award) paired with Pacific ceviche with kabeljou marinated in lime and chili served with pineapple salsa and an Asian salad.

Flagstone Poetry Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 (Double Gold award) paired with slow-braised beef shin in Cabernet with exotic mushrooms and polenta bake.

When: Friday 26 and Saturday 27 November 2021 from 12 pm to 3 pm
Where: Paardevlei, WR Quinan Boulevard Somerset West (entrance is opposite Strand Golf Club)
