Celebrate with a traditional German food and beer pairing at R150pp, which includes a starter of potato balls on sauerkraut with a beer cheese sauce. Mains consist of a 3-hour roasted pork belly with grilled pineapple, sweet potato puree, crispy crackling and apple cider jus. Second mains is bratwurst sausage, with baby onions and a German mustard dipping sauce. All dishes are paired with a different beer.
