With its team of 11 creative culinary masterminds lead by Head Chef, Nicole Loubser, participants are given the know-how behind signature dishes boasted on the ‘Journey around the World’ menu.
Following the cellar tour and masterclass Gåte welcomes guests to the next leg of the journey - a six-course luncheon and wine, cocktail or tea pairing, inspired by the flavours of the world.
Commencing with a tour of the wine cellar, the experience runs from 11am to 3pm. Limited to 12 people per masterclass, at R1800 per person and includes gifting of a unique Gåte at Quoin Rock chefs’ apron and trendy baseball style chefs’ hat.
