Austrian chef, Peter Oberzaucher designed the four-course menu. Guests will be welcomed by Glühwein upon arrival.

The four courses are paired with Mellasat Vineyards’ wines and will be presented by the winemakers.

The journey starts with Honey Glazed, Smoked Chicken Breast, followed by a Trio of Home-made Ravioli and a Sorbet.

For mains, Roast Sirloin of Beef and to end the meal a Dessert Variation.
