The four courses are paired with Mellasat Vineyards’ wines and will be presented by the winemakers.
The journey starts with Honey Glazed, Smoked Chicken Breast, followed by a Trio of Home-made Ravioli and a Sorbet.
For mains, Roast Sirloin of Beef and to end the meal a Dessert Variation.
