The Chardonnay Brunch Experience comprises of a three course brunch served with three expressions of Chardonnay – the perfect pairing! Served on the terrace, in the mid-morning sun or in the beautiful Underground Cellar, this is an experience you won’t forget.
Seating is limited to ensure a world-class experience! There will be one seating staring at 10:30 am and ending at 12:00.

First course:
Baked apple & yogurt mille feuille with buttery croissant, salted pecan and citrus zest, paired with Jordan Blanc de BlancsMéthode Cap Classique.
Second course:
Beetroot cured Norwegian salmon gravadlax with sourdough and camembert toast, egg tartar with cucumber & fennel salsa, paired with Jordan Unoaked Chardonnay.
Third course:
English muffin topped with truffled mushroom duxelle, bacon and popcorn infused hollandaise, paired with Jordan Barrel Fermented Chardonnay.
