Trail Fun at De Grendel - The Winter Warm-Up

Getting out of bed early on a chilly winters morning for a trail run can be challenging, but when the trail is located on one of Cape Town’s most spectacular wine farms, it may just be enough motivation to be the early bird you’ve vowed to be.

On Saturday 13 July, De Grendel will once again open its gates to 300 participants of the TrailFun series. Runners can look forward to a 10km trail run through the Estate, while the 5km route is ideal for families.

There will be lucky draw prizes afterwards and lots of De Grendel wine to relax with after your jog or walk. The De Grendel Tasting Room will be open for wine tastings throughout the day.

Registration starts at 07h00 and the 10km run will start at 08h00. For the 5km runners, the start time will be 15 minutes later at 08h15. Entry for both distances are R150 per person and medals will be handed to all finishers.
