Impress your guests at your next dinner party after spending a weekend with us learning different ice cream making techniques and how to make frozen desserts.

After this hands-on workshop with Boschendal chef, Christiaan Campbell's team you will go home with your ice cream and plenty of recipes to get you inspired. The 2 day workshop will teach you all the techniques to make dark chocolate sorbet, bluberry sorbet, semi-fredo and classic vanilla ice cream.

Weekend Schedule:

Saturday: 14h00 - 17h00 | Sunday: 09h00 - 13h00 

The workshop will also include a tour of our pastry kitchen.

Workshop price excludes accommodation, if you wish to stay on the farm we can offer a 25% discount on room rate, subject to availability.
