New to cheesemaking? Learn about ingredients, equipment and the process from the main mouse on the farm, Alta Eybers.

We welcome you through the glass doors of our fully equipped cheese room. In this highly controlled environment we will master the making of Babylonstoren specialities such as ricotta, haloumi, fior di latte, yoghurt and feta. Put on your hairnets and start measuring!

But what is cheesemaking without cheese eating! Join us for an Italian-inspired lunch in the Bakery – included in the price. The main course of wood-fired pizza is served straight from the oven, with cheese to your hearts content. For hotel guests, the workshop is included in your stay.
