Guests can expect to enjoy live entertainment by some of South Africa’s most formidable blues artists, a glass of Sydney Back Brandy or glühwein on arrival, and a two course meal consisting of slow - roasted lamb shank and decadent Sydney Back Brandy pudding. Backsberg’s award - winning wines will also be available for sale on the evening.
