Enjoy a 4-course menu prepared by Reuben and his guest celebrity chef and
listen to them explain their culinary roots and influences. Enjoy the tales and
anecdotes of these top chefs whilst you feast on their themed menus including
‘Fruits from the Sea’, ‘East meets West’, ‘Seasonal and Organic’, ‘Flavours of the Cape’ and ‘Grass Fed and Free Range’.
Most of the visiting chefs are from restaurants on wine estates and suggested wines will be paired to each dish. Although not included in the price, it will allow you the freedom to select your favourite wines to accompany each gastronomic feast.
